Updated on 15 October, 2019, 03:00 PM (Paris local time)

Due to a major IT failure of "Aéroport de Paris" system at Orly station, our flights schedule is disrupted.

Currently, if you wish, we offer you rebooking options at no extra cost for the same travel cabin. You can find details of our commercial measures in "Can I modify my trip?"

In case of disruptions, your flight status will be updated in real time on our website or mobile app, in the section "Flight & Airport Info". We recommend to check your flight status before coming to the airport.

We keep on monitoring the situation in real time and will inform you in case of any evolution of the situation.
If you have a valid Air France ticket, issued on or before 15 October 2019, for a Air France flight on 15 October 2019, departing from or arriving in Orly, you can postpone your trip at no extra cost onto a later flight until 18 October 2019 included.

You may also choose to postpone your flight to after 18 October 2019, change your country of destination or origin or cancel your trip. In this case, you will be entitled to a non-refundable voucher valid 1 year for Air France or KLM flights.
