La Régalade Saint-Honoré, spearheading the bistronomic movement

Part of the family that includes La Régalade Porte d'Orléans and La Régalade Conservatoire, Chef Bruno Doucet's restaurant highlights modern French bistronomic cuisine.

La Régalade Saint-Honoré is amazing for its charming hospitality, impeccable service, and old world atmosphere. Its allure is chic and sober, minimalist and contemporary, with pale-coloured walls and red seating creating a warm, authentic terroir restaurant.

On the menu, the chef offers his delicious chicken terrine, which guests serve themselves. Follow it up with slow roasted lamb, veal fillet or rolled pork shoulder confit, served with eggplant and semolina with vegetables. Alternately, the thick fillet of roasted scorpion fish comes with chorizo, sweet peppers and tomatoes, like they do in the Basque region. To complete this culinary experience, order rice pudding, the star dessert at the Régalade. Very fresh cuisine that will undoubtedly surprise you! Be sure to book ahead.
