Have you noticed? You know, this floating island with deliciously worked curves. Also known as the ‘Great National Theatre', the National Centre for the Performing Arts invites art lovers under its glass and titanium shell with its 150,000 m², composed of an opera hall, a concert hall and two theatres. Like an island lost in the middle of the Ocean, the cultural complex sails on an artificial lake in which it is gently reflected.
Opened to the public in 2007, the National Centre for the Performing Arts has been ranked by the American magazine Business Week as one of the top ten architectural creations for energy savings and eco-friendly design.
